I have a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from McGill University. This program is an American Psychological Association and Canadian Psychological Association accredited institution. I have specialized training in the areas of Neuropsychology and Child and Adolescent Mental Health and have published research papers in the areas of child development and neuropsychology. I am registered to practice as a clinical psychologist in British Columbia (registration #01583)
I have worked at the Vancouver Island Health Authority, initially in the department of Pediatrics at Victoria General Hospital (2002-2005), and then in the Anscomb Program, Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry Service at the Queen Alexandra Center (2005-2017). In these programs, I provided psychological assessments and treatment to children and consultated to families and multidisciplinary teams (e.g. in hospital, MCFD, schools, etc.). My expertise is the psychological and neurpsychological assessment of children with learning and/or behavior challenges.
When not working, I enjoy spending my time outdoors with my family. The beach is a definite favourite!
